Late night grilled cheese!

Hot Tomato Basil soup, grilled cheese on sliced brioche with sharp cheddar slices, jalapeño cheddar, and mozzarella pearls.

The inside of the bread has a light smear of Duke’s mayo, and the outside was cooked in Irish butter.

All served with glass of whole milk and a whole hot cherry pepper.
