Giant crunchy rice cake/plate for 20cal each- Korean market find of the century!

Great as faux chips and tuna tartare. I used it as a vehicle for chocolate/PB spread as well for salsa, guac, and crunch for everyday dishes. Slightly sweetened taste, but extremely versatile!
