1 teaspoon salt
1 egg

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions (finely chopped)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Sour cream or Greek yogurt for serving
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Zucchinis:
• Start by grating two medium zucchinis using a large grater. Place the grated zucchinis in a large bowl.
• Add a teaspoon of salt and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
