hey everyone! This is maybe my tenth time making macs and i got almost everything right except for the tops of the shells. Otherwise the feet are there, shells aren’t hallow but do have a little gap, cooked all the way through and came right off of the sil mat. I’m thinking that i just under mixed during macaronaging?? what do y’all think??

    I agree with your under-mixed assessment. That is what happens to mine when I don’t get it quite right.
