


Saw a post the other day and got a bit jealous. Borrowed a fish basket from my father in law and gave it a try.
Snapped stuffed with dill and lemon, coated in olive oil, season inside and out with garlic powder, said and pepper.
Next time I would probably slice the skin to get more seasoning to penetrate and I would not put lemons in the outside, I used them to shield the skin from grill and keep it from sticking to the basket, it worked, but I didn't get nice crispy sling in those areas.

You can spray the inside of fish basket with Pam and/or rub the fish skin with a little cooking oil.
Looks great but I would definitely ditch the Lemons…Its ARS and doesn’t need much but SGP. If you wanna get super fancy stuff with some Devil Crab Cake Stuffing! I’d still merk it though👊🏽
Looks great is this a red snapper? How long did you cook it?
