My first time ever posting to Reddit- I’ve been a huge fan of these thick tomahawks from Costco. They have been labeled as Choice but marbling seems closer to Prime to me. I like to do a reverse sear on the Traeger Silverton- salt generously and on at 180F until Internal temp of 105F then pulled off while the grill heats to 500F and sear to internal temp of 128. Pepper and compound butter to finish while it rests. Any recommendations on what you would do different? I’m always learning.
