5cals per bottle but the carbonation makes them relatively filling. I drink them before meals to avoid overeating. Taste-wise most of the flavors are pretty good, some could even pass as soda alternatives.

Sparkling Ice is definitely one of my favorites, I usually drink one in between morning snack and lunch and I find that my lunch is smaller than without. And the raspberry lemonade!? I’m mad that Costco doesn’t sell the case of just that!

  2. These are so good. I usually buy the generic version cuz they’re cheaper lol but the starburst flavors are worth getting the sparkling ice brand.

I used to fuck these up when I was 13. They’re still great.

My favourite vodka/rum/whisky mixer–solves the problem of a lower calorie, sweeter and fruitier drink at home than ___ and soda!

  5. Love these! But beware of the lemon one, it tastes like a urinal cake.

You have to try their Starburst line of flavors!!! The lemon one actually tastes like orange sherbert – so good!

I’ve seen these at the store but never thought to buy them! Didn’t realize they were so low-calorie and tasty. I’ll definitely give them a try. Thanks for the recommendation!

Aldi’s “Sparkling Frost” knockoff seems to be completely identical to this, and is only 50c a bottle here right now. BJ’s has typically stocked the Sparkling Ice Zero Sugar at around 75c a bottle, but they are currently showing none on hand in any of the stores anywhere near me, so i’m not sure if they’re going to continue carrying it or not.

There is also a “Sparkling Ice + Caffeine” that is freakin brilliant compared to drinking soda. And Aldi occasionally has Frost + Caffeine too

If you like these, but are searching for something that’s not carbonated, try “Hint” water.
