Went to Bulgaria last week and tonight I tried to recreate a dish I got in the old town of Plovdiv. Joe jnr for the win!!!!

Wound up in a restaurant called Rahat tepe and ate a dish cooked in a clay pot with onions, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, aubergine, courgette, potatoes and tomatoes mixed with chicken thigh and pork neck, with sausages on top. Loved it so much I tried to recreate it. Didn’t have any clay pots, but the petromax cast iron did the trick on the Joe jnr. Feed was so good I’m trying it again tomorrow.
