    If you have a fire house subs around you they have used pickle buckets that are food grade with nice sealed lids for 3 bucks and it goes to firefighters

    Be cautious of your flooring bro. That looks like a vinyl laminate to me. It may end up warping at the joins. I did a number on a melamine counter top at my last rental. No one else seemed to notice, but I sure did. Probably best to throw some insulation under that, especially if you plan on doing multiple cooks in this location.

    I have used a bucket for years and it’s cheap and works well. Home Depot buckets are HDPE which is food safe so no worries
