It's infested with ants but I couldn't turn it down. Isn't she sexy? Please help me identify.

If its infested with ants it probably has an Aphid infestion. The Aphids secrete a sugary discharge, that is sucked from the plant, and the ants feed on it.
That being said it looks to be a Thai pepper of sorts. Perhaps a Thai Pointsetta.
