Pretty stoked and proud by how good my ramen was today! 😍 I was actually back in Japan for a minute.. A decent first attempt. Decided to write this one down so I can work from there.

Unfortunately I didn't quite have the time to make a chicken broth from scratch, or my own chashu for that matter. So that's up next! And perhaps a noodle attempt soon as well 🙂

    Not sure if you prefer your eggs that way, but I generally do mine for 6 and a half minutes.
