” Quick, easy, delicious and you probably have everything you need currently on hand.

WHAT YOU NEED!
* 8oz spaghetti rigati (or pasta of choice)
* 4 Tbl butter
* 4-5 cloves minced garlic
* half pound uncooked shrimp (see instructions for using pre-cooked)
* 1-2 tbl olive oil for the shrimp
* Crushed Red to taste
* basil
* parsley
* 1 Tbl lemon juice
* 1/4 cup white wine
* 1/4 cup reserved pasta water

WHAT YOU DO!!
– Prepare your pasta according to directions
– While pasta is cooking prepare your shrimp & sauce
– Get a pan over med/hi heat and add 1 tbl EVOO
– saute shrimp for about 1 minutes and flip
– Saute for another 1 or so and set aside.
– add some more oil to the pan the and add the garlic and crushed red
– saute for a minute or so until fragrant
– add the wine and lemon juice , reduce for a minute or 2
– Drain pasta & reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water
– add the butter to your pan
– Add shrimps to butter sauce and toss.
– Add the pasta to the sauce with a splash of the pasta water
– add black pepper, parsley, basil and a dash of salt
(and more crushed red if desired)
– Toss until pasta is evenly coated
– Plate it up & finish with parm and a spritz of lemon juice
– Serve with crusty bread, a nice soup and/or fresh salad
