It may not matter to the question, but somewhat relevant to me if you hear me out! So I have a terminal cancer and because of this I unfortunately developed an irreversible condition that has made it so very spicy foods irritate me/everything tastes slightly chalk like or metallic. Since learning this, I've been really big on adding spices or flavorful food in my every day life. I've also been making a list of restaurants to try, this sub has helped a lot in that department!

Onto the question though, so I like Filipino food but haven't had a wide variety of it. I know about kamayan and would like to try it one day! I can't eat fish (anaphylactic shock type of allergy) but I love the meats I see featured on them.

I had been looking up the best places to go here and so far out of the few I viewed I think this place called "Kanto by Tita Flips – Best Filipino Restaurant" looks good. Has anyone been here, and if so how was the food? And if you've been elsewhere, what other places are good recommendations? I should add it doesn't have to be kamayan style, but it wouldn't hurt if the place does have that or box type versions. Thank you all so much in advance!
