
I have *mostly* successfully made macarons. The feet are a lil cracked, and unsure if they’re hollow but they aren’t a disaster! Swiss method, 100g of everything 🙂 took a risk and did the beginning macaronage in the mixer too! (I swear the prayer is the most important step you cannot forget lmao)

How did you combine the 2 colors like that?
