I’ve been doing a Keto diet for about 2 weeks now. So far every meal essentially has been Steak & Veggies haha. I was having bad pizza cravings today and instead of breaking keto, I decided to learn how to make Keto Pizza!

Ingredients used:

  • Almond Flour

-Coconut Flour

  • Unflavored Protein Powder

  • Xanthan Gum

  • Coconut Oil

  • Baking Powder

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Beef Pepperoni

  • Hunts Canned Tomato Sauce

  • Garlic Powder & Onion Powder

    Cook time for the dough was roughly 3 mins but keep an eye on it, bake at 425.

    Then add the toppings and broil until the cheese is melted.

    Amounts used:

    Mozzarella cheese 85 grams

    Pizza sauce half a cup/125 grams

    Coconut oil 14 grams

    Almond flour 168 grams

    Unflavored protein powder 20 grams

    Coconut flour- 15 grams

    Baking powder & xanthan gum half teaspoon

    Pinch of salt

    Pinch of garlic powder

    Pinch of onion powder

    Beef pepperonis

    2 eggs
