Ingredients:

2.2 pounds of Swiss chard or spinach
3/4 cup of water
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
A splash of oil
16 oz of grated cheese or parmesan
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of mustard
Salt
2 onions
Steps:

Bring water to a boil.
Chop the 2.2 pounds of Swiss chard or spinach. You can also use 16 oz of frozen spinach instead.
Boil the fresh greens for about 10 minutes, or the frozen ones for about 5 minutes.
Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder to a bowl.
Heat 3/4 cup of water in the microwave for 30 seconds, then pour it over the baking powder.
Add one tablespoon of sugar and one teaspoon of salt, then mix well to dissolve.
Add 3 cups of flour to the mixture, and a splash of oil.
Mix everything together. If the dough feels dry, wet your hands and knead it; if it’s too wet, add a bit more flour.
Roll out the dough to form the tart base.
For the filling:

Beat 2 or 3 eggs in a bowl.
Add 3.5 oz of grated cheese or parmesan.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of mustard.
Sauté the onions until golden brown and add them to the egg mixture.
Add the cooked Swiss chard or spinach to the mixture and combine everything.
Pour the filling over the rolled-out dough, then cover it with another layer of dough.
Poke small holes in the top layer of dough to allow steam to escape while baking.
Beat one egg and brush it over the top of the tart for a golden finish.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) with heat from both the top and bottom.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden. Every oven is different, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary.
Notes: Make sure the dough is well-kneaded to achieve a good texture, and check for a golden color as a visual cue that the tart is done.
