Onions make an excellent vehicle for hummus 🤌

I learned during a food tour in Tel Aviv that workers out in the field, when harvesting crops, oftentimes would just use an onion as a makeshift spoon during lunch breaks. Admittedly, I had my doubts about how this would taste, but it was life-changing levels of amazing!
