Super filling and really tasty, though the sodium is pretty high :(. As long as you get no oil and no mayo the calories can be low relative to fast food.
Pictured is #13 Italian with no oil, extra tomato, add banana peppers and vinegar on side. Comes out to 400 cal.

It’s a fair amount of sodium, but nothing is going to be perfect. If it works for you, and keeps you consistent, the pros likely outweigh the cons.

I always got them to go, and used my own dressing (Newman’s Light Balsamic Vinaigrette)—usually turkey. Now I must go out and get one.
