This meal has the right mix of heat, citrus, salt, and umami. The carrots were tasty, rice the perfect pair with the pork, and sauce delicious. I used about 1/3 if the cilantro leaves in the rice, as cilantro is not my favorite, but it added a good contrast to the lime. I had to add more Sriracha than HF provided, of course. It also helps that I nailed the cook on the pork. The extra lime pictured was not needed.

    This may be one of the meals that I decided I like the sesame seeds in the rice as well. There’s plenty of sesame seeds to spread out between the carrots and rice, unless you get only 6 seeds lol.
