The parasites (white cocoons), which are wasp are not harmful to your tomatos. The horn worm is very harmful, so the wasp are doing you a favor. Unfortunately, a hornworm that is viable will turn into a Spynx Moth, which are a wonder to see. I understand there are different types of hornworm, but this is the one I’ve had on my tomatos.
