I know the dish seems very ugly, but I came out with so much flavour and was so good that I had to share it.
I used a rice cooker, put inside all the ingredients together add some boiling water. Put the rice cooker in the microwave and let it start until the water evaporated completely. It's incredibly good.
The ingredients are: two carrots, one eggplant, some frozen onion, as protein source I used 200grams of tentacles of giant squid, as carb 50grams of bulgur; and to improve taste, always before cooking the whole mix, condiment a cube of broth, tomato paste and a mix of different spices (dried garlic, ginger, Paprika, aneth)
As I said mix everything, boil water and in microwave (~12min), you have your meal.
It was incredible!
