Help please: how to create that thin white circle on top and the black dot?
For the black dot, any alternative to edible pen please?

The white is wet on wet batter layering and the dark circle spot seems like wither frosting or also batter cant tell without inspecting irl

It kinda looks like they dipped a balloon in royal icing mixture or a white edible pigment paste. Probably similar for the black dot, except maybe a small round utensil or other tool instead of a balloon.

It’s so smooth and seamless , I feel like it’s 3 colors of batter.

I mean, you could probably get away with powder food color mixed with water or alcohol (I forgot which it melts in lol)
