This is on my menu rotation and I’ve made it on my own as well. I love the mix of maple and Dijon with the panko.
Little tip: don’t mix the maple/dijon when the butter is still warm from melting. It makes the spread too watery, it’s better when it’s a little thicker for a better coating on the chicken.
