This subreddit has encountered me to be more creative with my addiction and air frying a whole one. Should I spice it up?

I’d fry/bake the bloom first, and then put the powder so that it doesn’t burn off

You’re like a mad scientist. We need more concentrated onion. We need to enhance its powers, like people do for capsaicin.

Absolutely! Throw some raw onion on top after it’s cooked.

Causing an onion to be more oniony could open a wormhole in the SpaceTime continuum. Proceed with caution!

    You didn’t batter it?
You just put an onion in an air fryer?

Again. I don’t even like onions that much. But you guys have the best posts on reddit.

Does that onion need more onion? Of course it does!

    Love you guys

When we make breakfast burritos I put onion powder on the onions and peppers. DUH! 🤗

Ideally you should use a red onion and then add garlic powder. 😀

Cut it like you did, wrap the whole thing in foil with top open, add a couple tbsp of butter and a bouillon cube to the top, close it up tight so it’s well sealed. Air fry her for 25-45min @ 400F depending on your air fryer/onion size. It’ll be soft and melty onion heaven. Can open it up and do a few more minutes if you really want brown bits, but it’ll be perfect as is.
