Needed to make some baked beans for a potluck, so why not do some beef at the same time. Set the beans under the beef (seasoned just with salt-pepper-garlic)to catch the drippings for extra bonus flavor.
The beans are bacon-maple-whisket beans. Smoked at 180F for the first couple hours before bumping to 225 until ready. I'd say the Weber Searwood put on an amazing smoke ring, using Kirkland Signature pellets.
