    Looks like stiff icing pressure piped. Maybe the person jiggles the back and forth a little to get more pronounced ripples.

    Use an outline consistency and kinda push your tip in an “in-out” motion as you pipe the leaf. Going slow will help.

    Pipe it with a round tip, but point it straight downward and press it into the parchment paper or the cake a little bit to get it flat.
