Hi! Sorry I don't have a picture my family destroyed this before I thought about posting it here. 6 cups of popcorn for ~475 calories.

I followed this recipe on the 2x setting https://thepracticalkitchen.com/chex-mix-popcorn/

My only change I made was using half garlic powder half garlic salt instead of all garlic powder. I am not sure I recommend this because this was SALTY as it was, I just really like the taste of garlic salt. Next time rather than trying to put the margarine (I don't like the taste of butter) and Worcestershire sauce, and later on the spices, on the popcorn while it's in a bowl and then struggling to shake it to coat evenly I will put the popcorn on a sheet pan and stir it that way and put the spices in a shaker. I'm hoping to buy a device that basically aerates oil and sprays it so I can sub margarine for a light oil mixed with the Worcestershire sauce and try to knock some calories off that way.

This was really tasty and it get wrecked quickly. I could not eat this solo or in one sitting so if you don't want to eat it with people make less or have a paper bag to store it in so you don't try to eat it all at once. (Your kidneys and blood pressure will thank you for not eating 6 cups of this at once).
