Ingredients:
* 2 cups cherry tomatoes
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
* 1 ripe avocado
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 4 ripe tomatoes, assorted colors
* 2 balls of fresh burrata cheese
* Mixed salad leaves
* Extra virgin olive oil
* Salt and pepper

Preparation Steps:
1. Pan-Roast the Cherry Tomatoes: Cook cherry tomatoes with olive oil, sugar, and balsamic vinegar until caramelized.
2. Prepare the Avocado Mash: Mash avocado with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Assemble the Burrata Salad: Arrange sliced tomatoes and roasted cherry tomatoes, place burrata in the center, and add avocado mash and mixed salad leaves.
4. Drizzle and Garnish: Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
