1. blend ice with no liquid- this is close to 2 cups
  2. once it looks like snow cone consistency scrape down the sides and add ingredients
    2g pudding mix pinch of xanthan gum sf coffee syrup or sweetener
    4 oz milk (i use almond- more on this at bottom)
    extracts flavorings
  3. pulse until everything is incorporated
  4. absolutely demolish
    for this amount of ice i needed about 4 oz of milk, but i've gone for a frappe before and one shot of hot espresso (no milk) was enough to melt some of the ice but still keep that really thick consistency. i've also tried it with diet soda instead of milk and it still works you just need more xanthan gum

    *pistachio pudding + white chocolate syrup + vanilla extract
    *banana pudding + salted caramel syrup + po? + vanilla extract
    *white chocolate pudding + peppermint syrup + espresso
    *half cherry jello half vanilla pudding + vanilla syrup
    *butter scotch pudding + peanut butter syrup + butter extract + sea salt
    *vanilla pudding + sf orange juice
