I added:

Pinch Trader Joe’s lite Mexican blend cheese, 40 cal

Serving of ketsup (15), sugar free sweet baby ray’s (15), mustard (5)

Little EVOO in the pan (30)

Seared in pan with FODMAP friendly garlic salt, black pepper, and chives in the tortillas.

Total: 195 cal for 2. Delish

I do a version of this where I add beans inside (black or refried) and some cayenne pepper to everything else above. A little more calories but very fulfilling

    I was actually just thinking of doing this the other day. Lol A little tip, cut the hotdog down the middle length wise and it will fry a lot better. Adds more flavour. If you’re feeling extra energetic you can cut little cross hatches into the top for even more flavour. But the one cut down the middle is usually good enough.
