Me too, Hanwoo is less fatty than Wagyu so if you’re looking for a chew than just straight marble beef I would choose the former.

Hanwoo cattle are grain fed, corn fed (beer enriched) so their flavor is more similar to US beef. Wagyu is grain fed but primarily oats (beer enriched) in their diet.
