  1. I will say, every blueberry recipe from Preppy Kitchen or anywhere else that allows for frozen berries, always turns out in disaster if I put the berries in frozen. The added moisture makes everything mushy and takes a lot of extra time in the oven. Rinsing and thawing in a mesh strainer for 20-30 minutes solves all the problems. Maybe if you have perfect vacuum frozen blueberries with no extra moisture or ice crystals you wouldn't have issue.

  7. I saw this video yesterday and made it immediately! I have a few family members who come visit but have intolerances. (GF & Dairy.) Just to give it a test, I followed tbis recipe, using GF Oats and GF 1:1 Flour. Instead of butter ๐Ÿ™ I used stick plant butter by Country Crock. My husband and I loved these! Im happy to know i can change it around when I need to. I hope that helps someone.

  9. I made these the other day and they turned out delicious!!! I reduced the sugar down to 1/2 cup which in my opinion, made for a well balanced and not overly sweet treat. So easy and great to have on the countertop for a quick and fulfilling bite in the mornings
