Sapporo Ichiban Tonkatsu ramen. Added a fried egg, pork dumplings, and marinated and fried chicken skins (leftover from chicken thighs). I mixed in fried chili oil, miso paste, and a little peanut butter to the broth.

I had no real food in my house except this pack of ramen. DIY lazy Saturday afternoon meal.

Did you happen to mean [tonkotsu](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonkotsu_ramen) instead of [tonkatsu](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonkatsu)?

Tonkatsu ramen isn’t really a thing outside of a few gimmick places and there’s no tonkatsu at all in this picture anyway. Embarrassing.

Looks delicious. That’s one of my favorite instant brands. The chicken skin is a nice idea too, might have to try it
