I'm guessing maybe 150g cooked – 230 cals
Frozen veggies – 60 cals
Chicken breast – 180 cals
Olive oil 2g (I spray) – 18 cals
A total of 488 calories. Maybe less, maybe more, I should've weighed the quinoa 🤦♀️.
The chicken breast and veggies were cooked in the oven.
