Yeah, that’s been there for many months. Wonder when it’s actually opening. I live close-ish to the domain and am excited for it as the other food options there are mediocre and overpriced. I can actually get to their happy hour in time now.

Went to the location on Lamar and I didn’t get the lines of people waiting or the concept.
Food was mid, didn’t really feel barbecue or smokehouse cooking through the plates my group ordered. Definitely didn’t taste or sense the “Asian” elements or flavors that are in the name. Drink was also weird, other than Sake you could’ve easily put their drink list in any standard bar in the area.
Nevermind the unnecessary ordering system, the fact that a waitstaff member cleared my half full beer that I left on the table to go inside to order or the fact that it’s not good value.

This is at the old park location. They also had an attached speak easy called Sommersault. I wonder if loro will use that space for another.

If they would have gotten the location for the Mexican restaraunt that closed nested to culinary dropout, it would have rupture space time.
The location they got is meh, but I’m basically a loro shrill at this point.

Their sous vide chicken was one of the worst dishes I’ve ever had in Austin. It was so bad that I’ve never been back.
Hopefully they will improve their “only able to order from the bar” setup. So inefficient…
