    Slam dunk. If you saw my other post I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be. This was super tender, juicy, deliciously flavourful. Served with mash, asparagus tips and a charred leek, horseradish and asparagus purée and a drizzle of demi glace.

  2. Recipe? I have some frozen cheeks been waiting to find a good use for.
