Ingredients:

  • Almond flour: 150g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 50g
  • Allulose granules: 150g (adjust to taste)
  • Baking powder: 10g (2 teaspoons)
  • Salt: 2g (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Unsalted butter: 150g, melted
  • Vanilla extract: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips: 100g
  • Heavy cream: 120ml

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, allulose, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
