- Almond flour: 150g
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 50g
- Allulose granules: 150g (adjust to taste)
- Baking powder: 10g (2 teaspoons)
- Salt: 2g (1/4 teaspoon)
- Eggs: 4 large
- Unsalted butter: 150g, melted
- Vanilla extract: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
- Sugar-free chocolate chips: 100g
- Heavy cream: 120ml
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, allulose, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
