I used a single batch of Boo’s ridiculous brownies poured into a springform pan and baked for 30 minutes as the crust.

I used a slightly modified version of [this cheesecake filling](https://thepounddropper.com/plain-jane-cheesecake/#mv-creation-35-jtr) by replacing the Greek yogurt with a mix of blended 1% cottage cheese, fat free skyr, and a little vanilla fat free Chobani. I used allulose as the sugar substitute.

The whole cake comes out to right about 1000 calories for the whole thing, including the crust. So 125 cal/slice for 8 slices.

For the first piece I added a few grams of pecan pieces, which upped the calorie count to about 175, and used some Walden Farms 0 calorie chocolate and caramel sauces to make turtle cheesecake.

This is my third attempt at a low calorie cheesecake, and by far my favorite. There’s still some room for improvement, I think, but I’m pretty happy with this one.

Wow how was it in comparison to traditional cheesecake?

So what you’re saying is that I can eat an entire cheesecake next weekend? 🤔
