    Boil them then sear for 20 mins then in a hot oven for at least 45 mins

  5. I will say this, I have reserved a section of a well marbled ribeye to cook until well done, so I could try it with ketchup.

    It reminded me of meatloaf, which is to say, it tastes fine, but definitely not how I want to prepare my steaks.
