Too much slander against our pastry chef yesterday.
They can definitely cook good desserts. I just have no idea what, why, how or who that happened.

So these look great.
I’d need to know what’s in them to judge them. But presentation is actually quite good. That chocolate peak with gold is slamming. They could still have a graham cracker hidden inside but that remains to be seen.

I do enjoy the strawberries cut in half and plopped on top, which also plays well off the Nilla Wafer/Redi Whip/Magic Shell combo.
