– pork tenderloin – bell pepper – green onion – 5-6 cloves of onion (diced) – corn starch – gravy (light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, black pepper, 2 teaspoons of corn starch, water)
1. Add oil into the pan 2. Stir fry green onion and garlic until fragrance 3. Add pork tenderlion and stir fry until 70% cooked 4. Add bell peppers and stir fry until almost cooked 5. Add gravy in and cook for around 2 mins until fully cooked and gravy thickens 6. Serve and enjoy!
