Back again!
Got a buttload of patties in my freezer full of half an onion, two jalapeños, about a tablespoon of garlic, a bunch of Gorgonzola crumbles, a hefty amount of burger seasoning, about a 1/4 pack of maple bacon chopped up, and 2 1/2 pounds of ground chuck.
No burger buns but I had some Nathan’s buns that were best by the 15th.
Scrambled the burger patty and loaded it in a shredded cheddar filled bun and topped with a Mac sauce consisting of diced pickled jalapeños, diced pickles, mayo, stoneground mustard, and my homemade jalapeño Szechuan ketchup.
