    Sliced too thick, not enough Swiss and you need to grill the bread and sauté the corned beef with the sauerkraut and Russian/1000 island for a bit. And pickles on the side, not on sandwich.

    Did you brine it yourself? TBH, Ill never go back, and I usually smoke it before I sousvide it.
