15kg (33lb) of tuna cut into 20g (0.7oz) pieces with 1g (0.03oz) of error
Yup, im back, with 5kg more tuna than last time. Took me around 4:30h, from opening the tuna box until it was cut and stored in the freezer. Still enjoyed it, so yeah, definetly working in the kitchen has broken me.

How are you serving this? I’ve never seen anybody treat tuna this way. I’ve mainly worked with it for sushi though.
