When the exec shows up at night to randomly rework every dish and plating infront of the Sous who only works breakfasts and was forced to work a night and was looking to you as the only consistent line cook on nights to get them up to speed.

My head/exec chef looses his shit on the pass, on a section.. anywhere but the office really. General consensus (around 10 chefs, 5 kitchen hands and a few dishies) is we would rather him not be in the kitchen at all.

The only execs I’ve worked for other than myself have been absolute rockstars. Not me though, I’m a dipshit and only hire psychopaths on the line.
