    Good job! I know it’s hard. My kids and husband like to snack and it take a lot of self control to grab a string cheese and not a zebra cake like I would like lol.

    I’d take one of those iced coffees so quickly lmao. I could live on iced coffee.

    Unpopular opinion but I would take something SMALL every time I feel drawn to it. There’s this thing where the more the say no to something and use self restraint, the harder it is to exercise it later in the day or week.

    So by allowing yourself a bit you “give in” and thus have more willpower to restrain yourself in the future.

    Of course the key is something small like a handful of goldfish.

    BTW this advice is only for those who really want the junk food. If you completely forget about it or just don’t think of it at all that’s of course the best scenario!

    Looks like my break room at work. I’m so good at home (where I don’t buy any of that), but stressful work has me breaking down every time. 🙁
