Just a casual sunda lunch, less than 500cal and with 60gr of proteins!
I've started with just the garlic, onion and carrot in small cubes on the pan, when little caramelized and brown a little bit of white wine and the already cooked tripes a la tomate (I hate french but this is cool actually, https://www.carrefour.fr/p/trippes-a-la-tomates-simpl-3245416068689)
