    banzai lentil pasta with a creamy homemade beer cheese (i used an ipa… don’t), and baked with buttery pretzels. topped with seared beyond bratwursts, maple mustard, and a side of kraut.

    turned out pretty good, but definitely stay away from hops. whipping up the maple mustard helped with the bitterness a decent bit though. live and learn!

    as usual, completely gluten free and obviously vegan.

    This is a stretch for Oktoberfest but I’m down for it…especially the beer cheese.
