  1. I always put a plate over the pan with a slight gap and then pour it into a mason jar.

  2. What a waste! Paper towels are too dam expensive to be using for that purpose.. Why not just separate the meat from skillet and drain…then you can separate the fat from the liquid to make gravy..🤷🏽

  3. Those of us who actually know how to cook just use lean beef for things like tacos.

  4. Wtf is this "draining grease" business? Most of that is water that'll evaporate on its own. More importantly, the fat has a lot of flavor and nutrients. This is why they say us whites can't cook, cuz of this nonsense right here.

  5. This is the dumbest way I have ever seen, to many things wrong with this method to list

  6. I use a huge spoon 😂 I scoop out most of the liquid and leave about 2 Tablespoons for Flavor 😊 I save the rest of juice/grease to cook breakfast potatoes, corn, green beans, make gravy 😋 It's Delicious and I do keto so the Grease doesn't harm me since I don't eat sugar 😁

  7. Bro just realized the other day he could soak up grease with a lot of paper towels? Backstreet hillbilly boy.

  8. Try sliced bread! 1 its just as easy, 2 you can feed the bread to wildlife and 3 no paper mites in the meat!😂😂

  9. Well, that works, but u waste paper towels and the grease! What I do -> put a colander in a aluminum pie tray, put meat in the colander, one tray catches the grease. Reuse the grease on my dog's food a little at a time. Or it's buried in a hole outside .

  10. That's beef flavor you're soaking up man. Definitely didn't fry the beef in the fat for any caramelization. I feel bad for your taste buds
