Earlier today, I posted to let you guys know that I will be making the “viral” vegan [One Pan Caramelized Onion Pasta](https://plantyou.com/one-pan-caramelized-onion-pasta/), but NOT VEGAN. I am back to tell you all how that went. I followed the original recipe pretty closely, but I added shredded chicken breasts, chicken broth, and I substituted out the coconut milk for half & half. I LOVE MY CREATION SO MUCH. This is my magnum opus, guys. I had never written down a recipe before, but I felt I had to tonight.
